One Pan Italian Sausage & Veggies

A delicious meal all in one pan! A great and healthy idea for meal prep planning!

Ingredients


  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 Sweet potatoes
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 smoked italian sausage
  • dried basil
  • onion powder
  • parsely
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chilli powder


Directions
prep time: 15 minutes
cook time: 30 minutes

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Cut all the veggies
3. Pour veggies in bowl then drizzle olive oil and mix evenly
4. Take onion powder, parsley, salt, pepper, and chilli powder and sprinkle on veggies
5. Cut sausage and put in bowl
6. Place mixture in long pan 
7. Cook for 15 minutes
8. Take out pan and mix around contents in the pan
9. Cook for 15 minutes
10. Enjoy!





This was a great meal because there was barely any dirty dishes to do which I thought was awesome. The total ticket price for this was $20 dollars and it will not disappoint. With lots of leftovers its the dinner that will just keep giving. I decided to mix mine with white rice but feel free to eat it as is as well. I would highly recommend this recipe. Its pretty low calories and is full of healthy fruit that your body can use.
